  • The International Yoga Day was celebrated at SMHSS, Adhiyamankottai, on 21/6/24, Friday, with a display of yoga Asanas by 10-11 years Age Category children. 
  • The importance of yoga and how to practice it daily for gaining its benefit was highlighted by Ms. Aghila V, the yoga coach. 
  • The Senior Principal, Principal and ACos appreciated the efforts taken by the children.
