• Our little children from Classes 1 & 2 had a fantastic time recently with a "Fruit Salad Activity"! 
• This activity was more than just mixing fruits; it was a hands-on lesson that engaged all their senses. 
• Before they started, we discussed the different fruits we would be using. 
• The children learned about the vibrant colors of apples (red/green), the refreshing juiciness of oranges, the sweet taste of bananas, and the unique shapes of other fruits.
• They discovered where these fruits come from and why they are so good for us, learning the importance of vitamins and minerals for a healthy body. 
• This simple activity helped them build a foundation for understanding nutrition in a fun and memorable way.
