"Talent is nothing more than a pursued interest" We are glad to inform you that we conducted TALENTPALOOZA 2023 for the students of Class 10 today (i.e. 30 September 2023, Saturday) at the Seminar Hall. Various events were conducted to explore and exhibit the hidden talents of the students. In addition to these, we conducted Debate on the topic - Achieving Maximum Marks is expected from the students - By Parents or Teachers. The Debate is moderated by Mr. SenthilKumar, M.A., B.Litt, Motivational Speaker and the Managing Director of Skyline Plastics Pvt Ltd, Pennagaram. Students took an active participation in all the events conducted. Teachers were given responsibilities to judge the events performed by the students. The students had a good time throughout the day.

Drawing competitions encourage children to think outside the box, explore their creative potential and come up with unique ideas and concepts. When children participate in such events they are exposed to a diverse range of themes. All the children participated with great enthusiasm and energy and presented their exhibited their master piece, when fine motor skills highlighted.

Hand writing skills help children to develop rending and speaking skills. It also helps with the ability to recall and remember information. Good handwriting can enhance our memory and learning. This is because handwriting engages more areas of the brain, including motor skills, spatial skills. To stress upon the importance handwriting to children as well as parents “Handwriting competition was conducted on 21st August”. All the children took part activity and exhibited their skills. Good Handwriting was distinguished on the walls as a note of appreciation.

“VIFA CUP 5TH National Level Taekwondo Championship 2023 was held on 22nd and 23rd July, 2023 at Bangalore University, Gymnasium Hall, Bangalore, Karnataka.In that our SenthilianSelvi . Sri Vaishnavi .K.R., won Gold medal and for procedures, she also won silver Medal which is an outstanding performance.

Zonal level football Tournament at SMHSS, AMK was held on 25.08.2023(Friday). Our school soccers under 14 and 17 girls and boys took part in it. Our dynamic strikers under 14 and 17 boys secured 1st place and under 14 and 17 girls secured 2nd place. Our School students U-14 Category (Boys) won First Place. Our school students U-14 girls category won SECOND PLACE. Our School students U-17 Category (Boys) won First Place. Our school students U-17 category girls won SECOND PLACE. Our School students U-19 Category(Boys) won First Place.

The district level Athletic meet was held on 03/09/23 (Sunday) at Dharmapuri Stadium. Around 40 students from various categories under 14, 16, 18 boys and girls participated. Under 14, 16, 18 boys and girls won 5 gold medals, 6 silver medals and 5 Bronze medals. From this, 6 Athletes were selected for state level Athletic meet.

I – Term Competition for III – V Children was held on 28.08.2023 (Monday) children zealously took part in various Competition like Elocution(Tamil and English), singing and craft work.Children showed their talents and it was a healthy competition.“The best preparation for tomorrow is doing best today ”.The Vibrant performances were awarded.

The International day of Yoga was held at Senthil Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Adhiyamankottai, Dharmapuri, on June 21st 2022. Children participated with great enthusiasm.

Taekwondo is a Korean Martial Art popular for all genders and ages. The benefits of practicing martial arts do not stop in developing the physical discipline of the body but also enhances personal qualities of humans.
