Content : Exploring the Currency of India: A Hands-on Learning Experience
Today, our classroom transformed into a mini-marketplace as we conducted an interactive Money Activity. Instead of just looking at pictures in a textbook, our students got to handle and observe different denominations of Indian Rupees (INR).

Objectives of the Activity:
  * Currency Identification: Recognizing the different colors, sizes, and features of various notes (₹10, ₹20, ₹50, ₹100, etc.) and coins.
  * Real-world Math: Practicing addition and subtraction through simulated "buying and selling."
  * Value Awareness: Discussing the concept of "Needs vs. Wants" and the importance of saving.

The Learning Process
The children were encouraged to touch and feel the texture of the notes and the weight of the coins. We discussed:
 * Symbols: Learning the ₹ symbol and what it represents.
 * Denominations: Sorting currency from the smallest value to the largest.
 * The "Change" Challenge: A fun exercise where students calculated how much change they would receive back after "purchasing" classroom items.
