National Reading Day Celebration – 2026

The event began with the formal introduction of the National Reading Day Oath to highlight the value of reading. A thematic display board was set up in the school lobby, which received positive responses from staff and students. Subsequently, the entire school community undertook the Reading Day Pledge, pledging to nurture consistent reading practices.

    The event began with the formal introduction of the National Reading Day Oath to highlight the value of reading. A thematic display board was set up in the school lobby, which received positive responses from staff and students. Subsequently, the entire school community undertook the Reading Day Pledge, pledging to nurture consistent reading practices.
A “Read and Pass” activity was conducted to enhance students’ reading skills, spontaneity, and engagement. The activity encouraged active participation and improved fluency and confidence among learners. 
Outcomes: 

1. Enhanced reading enthusiasm, confidence, and spontaneity among students. 

2. Motivated the school community to adopt consistent reading habits.
